Senior Project Manager – PMO

About the role

HALA is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PMO) to lead complex business projects within its fintech ecosystem. You will ensure projects align with strategic objectives and technical standards while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex business projects, maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee integrations, server configurations, and cybersecurity measures for payment solutions.
• Mentor project teams, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Develop and refine project management frameworks tailored to the payments industry.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Enterprise and make autonomous decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale projects in a fintech or payments environment.
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset, capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.
