Senior Project Manager – Power Transformers

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager for a newly established Power Transformers and Reactors manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia, you will ensure seamless order management services for the customer SEC. The position is based in Riyadh with a future relocation to Dammam, offering a fast‑paced environment for detail‑oriented professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive order management services, including quoting, processing and fulfillment.
• Release orders on time while adhering to established standards and policies.
• Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to support order entry, dispatch and payment processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to order management activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or customer service roles.
• Relevant experience or PM qualification for SEC projects.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in order management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
