Senior Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery and supervision of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic leadership, client liaison, and hands‑on supervision of multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction supervision teams on water and wastewater projects.
• Provide overall project leadership, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and financial oversight.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate multinational teams, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Monitor performance, quality, HSE compliance, risks, claims, and contractual matters.
• Review and manage variations, claims, project reporting, and commercial aspects of contracts.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 15‑20 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in water and wastewater projects.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Manager, Team Leader, or Project Director roles.
• Proven experience leading consultant construction supervision teams on infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary and multinational teams of 10+ professionals.
• Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
