Senior Public Policy Manager

About the role

As the Senior Public Policy Manager for Keetab’s countrywide operations, you will design and execute strategies that build trust with government entities, policymakers and regulatory bodies. Working in a lean, cross‑functional startup environment, you will help establish the company’s presence, ensure compliance and advocate for policies that support our mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a government‑affairs strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at national, regional and municipal levels.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and provide actionable insights to internal teams.
• Advocate for policies that foster innovation while mitigating operational risks.
• Collaborate with legal, communications and business teams to align outreach with company goals.
• Represent Keetab in industry associations, public forums and policy dialogues.
• Proactively address regulatory challenges and crisis scenarios.
• Provide regulatory guidance to early‑stage, cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years in government affairs, public policy or regulatory roles, preferably in tech, telecom or digital services.
• Deep understanding of Saudi political dynamics and legislative processes.
• Established network with government institutions and policymakers.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex regulations into business impact.
• Proven capacity to work independently in unstructured environments.
• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Law, Political Science or related field preferred.
