Senior QA/QC Manager – Lead Quality Assurance & Control

About the role

The Senior QA/QC Manager will lead the development and implementation of quality assurance and control strategies for construction projects. This role ensures that all work complies with project quality plans, corporate objectives, and client expectations, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project QA/QC plan within 30 days of contract start and obtain consultant approval.
• Establish project quality objectives aligned with corporate IMS goals and monitor QA/QC report submittals.
• Design and operate control systems for suppliers and subcontractors, including site audits.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and technical documents to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate quality requirements with owners, consultants, and the project management team.
• Track, record, and communicate any amendments to the QA/QC plan on a quarterly or as‑needed basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the GCC region is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and manage cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes for construction projects.
• Implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and corporate IMS standards.
• Supplier and subcontractor control and audit procedures.
