Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our dynamic team delivering high‑impact construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will lead cost management, contract administration and financial control across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and tender documents for construction projects.
• Manage project costs, monitor expenditures and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Evaluate contractor claims, variations and change orders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to project costs.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants and contractors to align financial matters.
• Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred).
• Proven experience in cost planning, contract administration and claims management.
• Professional certification such as MRICS is an advantage.
