Senior Roads Engineer (Full-time)

About the role

ARX is expanding its presence in the Middle East and seeks a Senior Roads Engineer to join its Riyadh office. The role involves leading the design and planning of road and highway projects across various infrastructure developments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee road and highway projects, ensuring geometric, traffic, grading, intersection, junction, and pavement design quality.
• Ensure all designs comply with local KSA regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to integrate road systems into overall project designs.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and documentation.
• Review technical deliverables from engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD teams.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects with a focus on roads and highways.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Vehicle Tracking.
