Senior Roads Engineer

About the role

Sur​bana Jurong is seeking a Senior Roads Engineer to lead geometric road design for urban and rural projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering design packages from concept through to IFC, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and preparing submission packages for local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop road and highway projects in compliance with KSA and international standards.
• Produce horizontal and vertical alignments, profiles, superelevation, typical sections, and transitions.
• Coordinate with drainage, utilities, structures, traffic, BIM, and GIS teams for seamless data exchange.
• Prepare technical reports, design calculations, construction drawings, and support quantity take‑offs and BOQs.
• Support RGA/TGA submissions and contribute to tender documents and project proposals.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of post‑graduate experience in road design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and experience working in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of local and international design standards (SHC, AASHTO, BS/EN).
• Ability to produce technical notes, design reports, and submission packages.
