Senior SAP BW Consultant – BI & Analytics

About the role

The role focuses on designing, implementing and supporting SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA) and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions that align with the company’s S/4HANA strategy and business intelligence needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy SAP BI, BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions.
• Build and optimise data models, ETL processes and semantic layers for performance and scalability.
• Create advanced dashboards, stories and analytical applications for strategic and operational reporting.
• Apply SAP Clean Core principles and ensure compatibility with future S/4HANA upgrades.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise to business and IT stakeholders and advise on architecture integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere and third‑party sources.
• Own BI workstreams within digital transformation, S/4HANA migration and analytics modernisation projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and conduct unit testing, performance tuning and UAT support.
• Deliver Level‑3 support, training sessions and knowledge transfer for end‑users.
• Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners when external support is required.
• Prepare technical assessments, low‑level designs and high‑quality documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven ability to design scalable data models and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP Clean Core principles and enterprise data governance.
• Experience delivering BI solutions in large‑scale digital transformation projects.
