Senior SAP SD Specialist – Business Systems & Solutions

About the role

The SAP Technical Specialist will design, configure and optimise SAP SD processes to enable seamless order‑to‑cash operations and integrated supply‑chain workflows for our trading and wholesale business. You will ensure accurate pricing, efficient order management and robust system integrations while driving automation and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and optimise end‑to‑end SAP SD processes (Make‑to‑Stock, Make‑to‑Order, Third‑Party, Inter‑ and Intra‑company) for trading and wholesale operations.
• Set up pricing procedures, promotions, rebates and billing plans to support diverse business models.
• Configure sales order types, delivery processing, invoicing, customer returns and partial rejections.
• Design and maintain interfaces for customer master data, pricing agreements, credit management and payment processing, including advances.
• Collaborate on integration of B2B Marketplace, Warehouse Management System and other applications with SAP S/4HANA to enable a touch‑less supply‑chain.
• Define and schedule batch jobs for automated delivery creation based on material availability.
• Support configuration of credit control, sales order approval workflows and output form design.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP SD configuration and optimisation, preferably in a trading or wholesale environment.
• Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash, pricing and logistics processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
