Senior Scheduler Planning Engineer

About the role

Penspen is seeking a Senior Scheduler Planning Engineer to provide planning oversight and schedule assurance for all phases of EPC contractor work. The role involves reviewing and validating integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate integrated project schedules, resource histograms, and critical path analysis.
• Monitor schedule performance, assess recovery plans, and report variances with mitigation strategies.
• Participate in progress review meetings, interface coordination, and constructability planning.
• Validate contractor’s monthly progress reports, look‑ahead schedules, and productivity metrics.
• Support risk assessment workshops and integrate schedule risks into project control processes.

Required profile

• Experience in EPC project scheduling and control.
• Strong understanding of baseline schedule alignment with project milestones.
• Ability to assess schedule performance and develop recovery plans.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments related to scheduling.
