Senior SEO/CRO Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO/CRO Strategist to lead organic growth and conversion initiatives for a portfolio of mid‑market B2B brands. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will work within a collaborative squad to translate strategic ideas into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO) and CRO strategy for up to six B2B brands.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Develop holistic, business‑focused content and optimization plans aligned with commercial goals.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, improve site architecture, and run experimentation programs.
• Design and guide conversion optimization initiatives using data, analytics and customer insights.
• Use tools such as GA4, GrowthBook, and Google Sheets automations to measure performance and inform decisions.
• Coordinate specialists across content, development, code and analytics to ensure execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in SEO and conversion optimization.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a strategic partner.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
