Senior Service Sales Engineer – Saudi Nationals

About the role

Carrier is seeking a Senior Service Sales Engineer to lead service and aftermarket sales activities in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building customer relationships, preparing proposals, and driving revenue from service agreements and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue service sales opportunities, including service agreements and repair contracts.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on enquiries to secure orders.
• Lead negotiations to achieve optimal profit margins while meeting sales targets.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new customers to expand service revenue.
• Provide technical and digital service proposals to support customer decisions.
• Collect payments and ensure financial targets are met.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and present them to management.
• Conduct regular customer visits to increase market share and product awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months of relevant sales or service engineering experience.
• Proven track record in B2B service sales and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of HVAC or related technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet defined sales metrics.
