Senior Site Engineer – Civil (Water Transmission)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer – Civil to lead on‑site civil works for water transmission and network projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring that all construction activities meet design specifications, regulatory standards and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all civil engineering activities on‑site, including site preparation, foundations, structural works and infrastructure development.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality and safety.
• Address technical queries and provide solutions to civil engineering challenges.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for project milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise outcomes and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on water transmission and network projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
