Senior Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead daily construction activities on major landscape, public realm and infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating multiple disciplines and ensuring delivery to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate civil, landscape, irrigation, hardscape, softscape and MEP works on site.
• Review construction drawings, method statements and technical requirements before execution.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, materials and equipment to meet project targets.
• Monitor progress against schedule, flag potential delays and resolve technical issues.
• Handle RFIs, inspections, NCRs and corrective actions while maintaining QA/QC and HSE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of construction/site experience, preferably in landscape, public realm or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple construction activities on site.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, method statements and technical requirements.
