Senior Software Engineer – Integration & Digital Channels

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and integration of digital communication solutions across multiple channels. Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure that business requirements are translated into robust, scalable applications that enhance the company’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, customer journeys and technical feasibility to produce detailed specifications.
• Define and supervise design concepts, wireframes, site maps, user workflows and prototypes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project teams throughout the full application lifecycle – from concept and design to testing, release and support.
• Monitor and troubleshoot development workflows, identify bugs, and implement corrective fixes.
• Establish programming guidelines, review code components and ensure compliance before merge or release.
• Coordinate testing activities (unit, integration, functional, non‑functional) and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Implement integration plans and online communication projects, adhering to the latest integration standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level software engineering roles, preferably within digital integration projects.
• Ability to work independently, follow documentation standards and maintain consistent records of changes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and propose corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
