Senior Specialist - Community Engagement

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Community Engagement will support the design and execution of community initiatives that align with Vision 2030 and the organization’s ESG goals. You will act as a liaison between the company, local residents, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and capture valuable feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing community engagement strategies that support Vision 2030 and corporate ESG objectives.
• Organize and support outreach events, forums, town‑halls, and local consultations.
• Identify and map local stakeholders; maintain and update stakeholder contact databases.
• Manage communication channels and coordinate responses to community inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate logistics for education, training, well‑being, and cultural programs, working with contractors, partners, and vendors.
• Support the preparation of engagement reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Development, Community Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure or urban development projects.
