Senior Specialist, Customer Systems Development

About the role

The Senior Specialist will lead end‑to‑end implementation and management of Odoo ERP solutions for wholesale customers of alfanar Electric. This role ensures successful deployment, integration, adoption and ongoing support, driving operational efficiency and digital transformation aligned with customer business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver Odoo implementation projects, defining scope, timelines, resources and milestones.
• Act as primary liaison between alfanar, customers and Odoo service providers, gathering business requirements and translating them into system designs.
• Coordinate licensing, customization and technical support with Odoo vendors and implementation partners.
• Oversee system integration with customer IT teams, covering warehousing, inventory, order and supply‑chain processes.
• Develop change‑management and user‑adoption plans, delivering training and promoting solution utilization.
• Monitor performance metrics, customer satisfaction and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Build long‑term relationships with key stakeholders to expand system usage and support retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Sciences, Systems or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience delivering ERP implementations, preferably Odoo.
• Proven ability to acquire updated technical skills and apply problem‑solving techniques.
• Experience in quality control, business‑process improvement and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
