Senior Specialist - Finance

About the role

Red Sea Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Senior Specialist in Finance to support its finance operations across land and marine experiences. The role ensures accurate accounting records, processes daily transactions, and assists in month‑end reporting while adhering to company policies and IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation for all financial activities.
• Prepare reconciliations, financial reports, and assist with audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, central finance, and tax teams on finance‑related matters.
• Support month‑end closing, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and risk management policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS guidelines and internal control requirements.
