Senior Specialist - IT Security Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in IT Security Operations to lead and oversee the day‑to‑day security activities across our enterprise environment. The role ensures the health of security controls, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates with managed service providers and internal teams to maintain a robust security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT security operations across the organization.
• Monitor the health and effectiveness of security controls and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle, including detection, triage, escalation, and closure.
• Ensure SLA compliance for incidents, service requests, and change management activities.
• Track and ensure timely remediation of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing findings.
• Support compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NCA, PDPL, and ISO standards.
• Oversee performance of key security domains, including Cloud Security and Identity Security.
• Prepare operational dashboards and reports on incidents, SLAs, vulnerabilities, and control effectiveness.
• Maintain IT Security Operations SOPs and processes.
• Coordinate with Managed Service Providers and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in IT Security Operations or Cybersecurity.
• Professional certifications such as Security+ or Network+ are preferred.
