About the role

The Senior Strategy Consultant will drive strategic growth, organizational transformation, and operational excellence for a leading enterprise. You will diagnose complex business challenges, design operating models, and guide executive leadership through critical transition phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed operating model assessments to evaluate structure, agility, and process workflows.
• Develop data‑backed customer segmentation strategies to improve market penetration.
• Design, execute, and monitor cross‑sell initiatives that expand product footprints within existing client portfolios.
• Conduct strategic analysis, industry benchmarking, and financial modeling to support growth plans.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into board‑ready strategies and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business unit heads to align transformation roadmaps with corporate goals.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of progressive experience in a top‑tier management consulting firm, corporate banking strategy department, or enterprise‑wide transformation unit.
• Proven expertise in operating model assessments, customer segmentation matrices, strategic data analysis, and cross‑selling methodologies.
• Strong structured problem‑solving ability, solid business acumen, and polished executive communication skills.
