Senior Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end functional delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules across procurement, inventory, warehouse, product information, sales order processing, transportation and master planning for Al Majed Oud’s retail, fragrance manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Discovery & Requirements – run workshops with supply‑chain, logistics, production, retail and buying teams, perform fit‑gap analysis, create functional design documents and process flows.
• Solution Design & Configuration – configure D365 SCM modules following Microsoft best practices, design procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics workflows, and govern master data such as items, vendors, warehouses, locations, variants and BOMs.
• Data Migration & Integrations – define migration templates for items, vendors, customers and on‑hand stock, and support integrations with WMS/barcode, e‑commerce, 3PL and transportation systems.
• Testing & Training – lead system integration testing and user acceptance testing cycles, manage defect triage, prepare training materials and deliver end‑user training, obtain business sign‑off for all workstreams.
• Go‑Live & Support – plan and execute cut‑over activities, lead go‑live and hyper‑care phases, provide L2/L3 support and drive continuous improvement.
• Governance & Documentation – maintain SOPs, solution documentation and compliance matrices, support audits and internal controls, and mentor junior consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT or Engineering (MB‑330 certification preferred).
• 6–8+ years of ERP supply‑chain consulting experience, including at least 3 years hands‑on with D365 SCM or AX 2012 and multiple full‑cycle implementations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional workshops, translate business needs into functional requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
