Senior Systems Engineer – Enterprise Networking & Security

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our Riyadh team. You will design, implement and support enterprise networking and security solutions using A10 Networks products for clients across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and propose A10‑based solutions.
• Provide technical and pre‑sales support for accounts and channel partners in the assigned territory.
• Design, configure, integrate and optimise enterprise‑level networking, security and DDoS mitigation solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts and technical workshops.
• Offer post‑deployment support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Work with sales, marketing and product management to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
• Develop technical documentation such as design guides and deployment best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, security and system engineering.
• 3+ years of pre‑sales experience, preferably with security vendors.
• Proven track record designing and deploying Application Delivery Controllers, firewalls and DDoS mitigation systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTP, SSL and SDN concepts.
