Senior T24 Test Engineer – Banking Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with deep expertise in Temenos T24 and related banking platforms. You will lead testing initiatives for complex financial systems, ensuring high quality and compliance across manual and automated test suites.

Key responsibilities

• Define test strategy, planning, and estimation for large‑scale banking applications.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated UI, API, and end‑to‑end test cases.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and enforce testing processes and standards.
• Perform performance and load testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, and manage service‑virtualization environments.
• Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
• Produce detailed defect reports, test metrics, and quality dashboards.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate final sign‑off with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software testing experience, preferably in banking or financial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Advanced, Agile, Selenium, JMeter, etc.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
