Senior Tax Manager

About the role

Tamasuk, a leading diversified infrastructure developer in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax planning, compliance and reporting for its portfolio of large‑scale projects. This full‑time, on‑site position in Riyadh will play a critical role in ensuring tax efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate tax filings and ensure timely, accurate submission.
• Review and validate tax positions across all business units and projects.
• Monitor changes in Saudi and international tax law and assess their impact.
• Advise finance, legal and investment teams on transaction structures and tax implications.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and implement tax policies to optimise tax efficiency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tax staff.
• Continuously improve tax processes and systems.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and planning, preferably within infrastructure or large‑scale investment environments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian tax legislation and international tax principles.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, legal and investment teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
