Senior UA Manager

About the role

This role is a senior-level position based in Saudi Arabia, focused on driving user growth for mobile products on a global scale. You will own and optimise acquisition campaigns across major paid social platforms, using data‑driven insights to maximise efficiency and business impact. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work in a fast‑paced, experimental environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise mobile user acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor performance through detailed reporting using AppsFlyer, internal BI tools and other measurement platforms.
• Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA, LTV and other key metrics.
• Design, execute and evaluate creative, audience and ad‑format experiments.
• Analyse acquisition funnels and performance data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful performance‑based mobile user acquisition experience.
• Proven track record managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance‑marketing principles and unit economics.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile measurement partners, especially AppsFlyer, and knowledge of install attribution and SKAdNetwork.
• Fluent in Russian and English (B1 level or higher).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation skills.
