Senior UI Designer – Remote or On‑site

About the role

MisMar is seeking a Senior UI Designer to shape the visual experience of its SaaS and mobile applications. The role offers flexibility to work remotely or on‑site while collaborating closely with product and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality UI solutions including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business requirements into compelling user‑experience designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Produce wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Define and execute a comprehensive UI design strategy aligned with the brand.
• Document design decisions clearly and communicate them effectively with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to plan product releases and ensure design feasibility.
• Work with internal and external designers to deliver top‑notch digital experiences.
• Advise on UX research methods and testing to predict user behavior.
• Maintain consistency with typography and graphic design standards.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in UI design, preferably for SaaS platforms and mobile applications.
• Proven experience working in cross‑functional software development teams.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong documentation skills.
