Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of innovative, user‑centric solutions for our finance‑focused products. The role involves collaborating with product managers, developers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end UI/UX design process from concept through delivery, ensuring designs meet business objectives.
• Conduct user research, develop personas, user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Analyze usage data to iterate and improve product designs.
• Ensure all interfaces are responsive, accessible and optimized for web and mobile.
• Mentor junior designers and uphold design standards across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably with both B2C and B2B products.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe XD and/or Figma for design and prototyping.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience designing clean, intuitive and responsive interfaces across multiple platforms.
