Senior UX Researcher

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead user‑centered research for HungerStation’s products across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. The role combines analytical rigor with field‑based empathy to ensure every product decision is grounded in real user insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute end‑to‑end research initiatives, from goal setting to method selection and synthesis.
• Conduct in‑field and remote studies such as intercept interviews, contextual inquiries, usability sessions, rider shadowing and diary studies.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, including surveys, app analytics and A/B test results, to uncover patterns and inform product strategy.
• Produce clear documentation – reports, visual frameworks and presentation decks – that translate findings into actionable design and product recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and data analysts to embed research insights throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advocate for users by communicating insights confidently to stakeholders and building scalable research frameworks.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• 5+ years of experience in UX research or human‑centered design, preferably in fast‑paced tech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
