Senior UX Researcher

About the role

Flying Bisons is seeking a senior UX researcher to join its MENA team and support transformative projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. You will lead research initiatives that uncover user needs, translate insights into design recommendations, and help shape digital experiences for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyse qualitative and quantitative research using methods such as user testing, in‑depth interviews, focus groups, tree testing, and card sorting.
• Produce clear reports, personas, journey maps, and blueprints, and present findings to internal teams and clients.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and data analysts to ensure research informs product decisions.

Required profile

• Professional mastery of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and native‑level Arabic.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with research tools such as Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, and remote research platforms.
• Proficiency in design collaboration tools like Figma and FigJam.
