Senior Wet Utilities Engineer (Full-time)

About the role

ARX is seeking a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer to join its Riyadh office. You will lead the design and integration of water, wastewater, irrigation, and fire‑water systems for large‑scale infrastructure projects across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and oversee wet utility networks, ensuring compliance with local KSA regulations and standards.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, network modelling, pipe sizing and other engineering analyses.
• Coordinate utility corridors, crossings, connections and diversions with other disciplines.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans and documentation.
• Review designs from junior engineers and BIM/CAD teams, providing technical guidance.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with at least 3 years in the KSA.
• Strong knowledge of wet utility design and construction practices.
• Familiarity with KSA codes, standards and utility authority requirements.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
