Service Engineer – Heavy Equipment & Mobile Cranes

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer specialized in heavy equipment and mobile cranes. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a range of lifting and construction machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults on heavy equipment and mobile cranes.
• Provide remote technical assistance to field technicians and visit customer sites when required.
• Support inspection, maintenance, and repair activities for mobile cranes.
• Review technical reports, manage warranty claims and perform field service inspections.
• Maintain service call logs and respond promptly to customer technical requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience with heavy equipment and mobile crane maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
