Service Engineer

About the role

Mayekawa Middle East FZCO is seeking a Service Engineer to join its service team in Dammam. The role focuses on installation, maintenance and repair of industrial refrigeration and gas compressor systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on screw and reciprocating compressors used in refrigeration systems.
• Carry out commissioning and start‑up activities for new refrigeration installations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs or product replacements.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, customer interactions and resolutions.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to service processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in a mechanical engineering or service role.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record (preferred).
