Service Sales Engineer (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Carrier, a global provider of HVAC, refrigeration, fire, security and cold chain solutions, is hiring a Service Sales Engineer in Riyadh on a permanent basis. The role covers service sales, service repair and maintenance contracts, and is open only to Saudi nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up on service sales enquiries such as service repairs and maintenance contract proposals
• Negotiate at optimal profit levels and achieve bookings on time, meeting sales metrics and annual targets
• Manage existing customers and develop new ones, building relationships that drive service revenue growth
• Provide professional proposals, offerings and technical support for digitalised services
• Handle payment collection and prepare the monthly sales forecast for management
• Plan customer visits and interact with customers to grow sales, market share and product awareness

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or MBA
• At least 3 years of HVAC sales experience
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Valid driving licence
• Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
