About the role
A leading organisation in Riyadh is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Owner / Architect to own the platform vision and architecture and to lead scope and design conversations with senior stakeholders. The search is confidential and managed by Ameera Talent Solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the ServiceNow platform vision, roadmap and architecture
- Act as design authority across modules and integrations
- Lead client-facing workshops to shape scope and requirements
- Present solutions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Guide delivery teams on best practice, upgrades and platform health
Required profile
- Deep ServiceNow architecture experience across multiple modules
- Track record of leading workshops and executive presentations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Open to relocating to Riyadh
Required skills
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS; CTA or CMA an advantage)
