ServiceNow Technical Lead – Facility Management

About the role

Muller's Solutions is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the implementation of a ServiceNow‑based Facility Management solution for a large enterprise client in Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical leadership, solution design, platform configuration, and integration with SAP systems to enable operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the ServiceNow Facility Management solution.
• Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules for Maintenance Management, Work Order Management, Service Requests, Workplace Support, Transportation, Telecommunications, Inventory, CRM, Technical Support, Asset Engineering, KPI & SLA Management, and reporting.
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and SAP (vendors, contracts, purchase orders, service entry sheets, payment status) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other technologies.
• Conduct technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and guide development activities.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and implementation teams, support testing (SIT, UAT), production deployment, and hyper‑care.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation artifacts while ensuring compliance with ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• At least 3 years in a Technical Lead or Solution Architect role.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end ServiceNow projects.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery, Facility Management, Maintenance, Work Orders, Service Requests, Asset Management, and Workplace Services.
• Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba.
