Showroom Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

The Showroom Manager will lead the daily operations of Saiid Kobeisy's Riyadh showroom, delivering a luxury client experience that aligns with the brand’s high standards. This full‑time, on‑site position requires close collaboration with the head office and the local team to ensure seamless service, visual excellence, and strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the showroom team on client engagement, sales techniques, and service standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling, floor coverage, and ensure the showroom is always ready for clients.
• Oversee visual merchandising, product presentation, and coordinate new collection roll‑outs.
• Track sales performance, implement initiatives to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain operational procedures, inventory communication with head office, and support key client appointments and events.

Required profile

• Female Saudi national with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience in luxury fashion or high‑end retail, preferably managing showrooms or retail spaces.
• Demonstrated sales ability, meeting targets and upselling.
• Effective leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
