Showroom Salesman

About the role

The Showroom Salesman is the front‑line representative who assists customers inside the showroom, provides detailed product information and drives sales. You will ensure the showroom remains tidy, well‑stocked and visually appealing while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Guide customers in product selection, answer queries and share product knowledge to foster satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain an organized, attractive showroom layout; monitor stock levels and reposition items as needed.
• Ensure all display units are correctly priced and labelled according to company standards.
• Use the POS system to generate accurate invoices, process transactions and deliver receipts to the supervisor.
• Follow up with previous customers to confirm satisfaction and encourage future purchases.
• Prepare and submit daily reports covering sales, customer interactions and inventory updates.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
