Site Civil Engineer

About the role

The Site Civil Engineer will be a key contributor to residential real‑estate development projects, overseeing all on‑site civil engineering activities from land development through vertical construction. You will ensure that all work complies with approved designs, local regulations, and project specifications while supporting timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that site work follows approved civil drawings, building codes, environmental regulations and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues related to earthworks, utilities, drainage and foundations.
• Coordinate daily with general contractors, subcontractors, surveyors and municipal inspectors to keep the project on schedule and maintain quality standards.
• Report site progress, risks and proposed solutions to project managers and development leadership.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, site logs, redline drawings and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in civil or site engineering, preferably within residential land development or construction.
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required.
