Site Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting project delivery from planning through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Supervise on‑site work, monitor progress, enforce quality control and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
• Manage procurement, delivery and storage of materials and equipment.
• Implement quality control measures and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce HSE protocols.
• Track project costs, identify savings and keep the project within budget.
• Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in site civil engineering or related construction role.
