Site Engineer – Huawei MW/WL & Mobile Network

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to lead Huawei microwave, wireless and mobile network projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves hands‑on installation, integration, commissioning and troubleshooting of Huawei equipment in fast‑paced 4G/5G deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Huawei MW/WL and Mobile Network site works, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Manage on‑site activities, coordinate subcontractors and field teams.
• Prepare detailed site reports and maintain compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
• Support commissioning and hand‑over of 4G/5G network elements.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve network issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Huawei Mobile Network, Microwave and Wireless projects.
• Proven ability to manage site operations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia and available to join immediately.

Required skills

• Huawei XPD platform.
• MW/WL installation, integration, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G telecom network deployment.
• Site reporting and HSE compliance.
