Site Engineer – Telecommunication

About the role

The Site Engineer – Telecommunication will oversee daily site operations for telecom projects, ensuring work aligns with project plans, technical specifications, and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day site activities, verifying compliance with schedules, specifications, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, vendors and other parties to resolve operational issues and provide progress updates.
• Track site progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and work plans, offering guidance to on‑site teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, logs, inspection records and other documentation required for audits.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, equipment and resources on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) experience in telecom site engineering or a related field.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on quality, safety and compliance.
• Capability to produce detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
