Site Maintenance Manager (Refinery)

About the role

KBR is looking for a Site Maintenance Manager for a newly awarded maintenance project in Saudi Arabia. The role provides day-to-day management, monitoring and oversight of maintenance activities and leads the complete maintenance team, ensuring resources deliver productive, efficient and cost-effective execution of maintenance schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all matters relating to plant maintenance, reliability and quality assurance.
• Review, communicate, approve and endorse periodic reports on contractor maintenance work in each area.
• Interface with the client to resolve disputes and claims and to issue change orders.
• Ensure activities meet contractual obligations and help establish maintenance performance against client KPIs.
• Help achieve client safety targets and ensure staff follow safety and fire rules and use safety equipment correctly.
• Conduct safety meetings to define safe practices, implement safety measures and review incidents.
• Review and approve invoices so that billed work matches contractual terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical or instrumentation areas.
