Site Manager – 380kV Substation (Electrical)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead the execution of 380kV substation projects. The role involves supervising daily site activities, ensuring compliance with SEC standards, and delivering projects safely, on time, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations for 380kV substation projects.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of GIS, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Ensure all work follows SEC standards, project drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Track progress, report updates to project management, and maintain site documentation.
• Enforce safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Identify technical issues and support their resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience on 380kV substation projects.
• Hands‑on experience in installation and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of substation equipment and high‑voltage systems.
• Familiarity with SEC standards is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under site conditions and meet deadlines.
