Site Manager – Base Operations Support (PSAB)

About the role

The Site Manager leads all Base Operations Support Services (BOSS) at Prince Sultan Air Base under KBR’s AFCAP V contract. Reporting to senior program leadership, you act as the primary on‑site representative with full authority for daily contract execution in a high‑tempo, deployed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, management and operational oversight for all BOSS contract activities.
• Manage contract execution, personnel scheduling, subcontractor oversight and quality performance across civil engineering, food, recreation, linen, laundry, fitness and other support functions.
• Serve as the main liaison between KBR and Government stakeholders (COR, ACO, functional commanders).
• Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement, AFCAP V requirements, host‑nation laws, USAF regulations and safety/environmental standards.
• Drive a ZERO Harm safety culture and enforce environmental, safety and quality assurance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a deployed or austere environment.
• Strong background in contract and subcontractor management, workforce planning and operational readiness.
• Ability to engage with government customers, produce accurate reports and implement continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of USAF standards, AFCAP contract requirements and host‑nation regulations.
