Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead large‑scale construction activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all site work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget while coordinating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on‑site construction activities.
• Monitor progress, resolve site‑related issues, and ensure compliance with client specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and project management teams.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, project planning, and resource management guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC construction projects.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale site execution.
• Experience working in GCC or Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
