Site Manager

About the role

Jasara, a Saudi joint venture between PIF, Saudi Aramco and Jacobs, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily construction activities on large‑scale real‑estate and infrastructure projects. The role ensures safe, on‑time and budget‑conscious delivery while aligning site work with the broader objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations, guaranteeing safety, schedule adherence and quality standards.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and internal teams to keep site activities synchronized.
• Monitor progress against milestones, track performance metrics and report status to senior management.
• Identify, assess and resolve on‑site issues and risks to maintain efficiency.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental regulations and promote safe work practices.
• Prepare regular site reports and communicate updates to project leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 + years of experience managing large‑scale real‑estate or infrastructure construction projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants and internal project teams.
• PMP certification.
• Fluent in business English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with project controls, QA/QC procedures and HSE management systems.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project or similar site reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and approval processes (preferred).
