Site Supervisor

About the role

Omnia Ascent is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to oversee on‑site activities for construction, fit‑out, and finishing projects in Riyadh. The role involves coordinating manpower, subcontractors, and daily operations to ensure projects progress on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage manpower and subcontractors on‑site.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and site readiness for handover and pre‑opening stages.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, track project milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and finishing details to guide execution.
• Support site coordination, sequencing, and execution requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of practical experience in construction, fit‑out, finishing, or handover projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong email communication, reporting, coordination, and follow‑up abilities.
• Proven ability to supervise manpower, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
• Experience in monitoring work quality, progress, and site readiness.
• Leadership, problem‑solving, and effective communication capabilities.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and finishing details.
• Understanding of site coordination, sequencing, and execution requirements.
• Experience preparing daily reports and following project schedules.
