Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor leads on‑site fit‑out activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution and successful handover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work, verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and conduct site surveys.
• Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to foremen, chargehands, and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed work programs and schedules using MS Project and maintain daily progress reports with photographic records.
• Coordinate all trades (civil, joinery, MEP, finishes) and liaise with subcontractors, consultants, mall management, landlords, and clients.
• Manage QA/QC processes, arrange inspections, raise and close snag lists, and monitor NCRs.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, ensure proper PPE use, and report incidents immediately.
• Oversee material delivery, storage, and logistics, and ensure all required permits are secured.
• Verify subcontractor quantities, support cost control, review timesheets, and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare and manage snag lists for final handover and close‑out.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction or fit‑out sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and coordinate multiple trades.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
