SNFN Support Specialist Professional

About the role

The SNFN Support Specialist Professional will oversee the operation and maintenance of the OSP and IP Transport network for Mobily in Riyadh, ensuring constant availability, optimal functionality, and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operations and maintenance of the OSP & IP Transport network and its associated elements.
• Control outsourcing contracts to ensure vendors meet SLAs/KPIs.
• Guide fault‑management activities, including testing, diagnosing, and repairing network faults.
• Plan and implement routine maintenance to meet availability targets.
• Participate in engineering approach definition, work planning, and scheduling for outsourced vendors.
• Study network component capacity and provide recommendations.
• Lead testing of new features and generate evaluation reports.
• Lead acceptance of new network elements, assessing operational criteria for optimal performance.
• Inspect parameter change requests to ensure no negative impact on performance.
• Maintain relationships with MNS for operational and maintenance services.
• Perform other duties as directed by higher supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent from an accredited university.
